This is the privacy notice for asaffialkov.com, my personal website (‘I’, ‘me’, ‘my’).

If we agree to work together, I process the information needed to carry out that engagement, including for administration, invoicing and record keeping.

Who I share personal data with

I use a small number of service providers to run this website, and some data is processed by them on my behalf:

• Web hosting — this website is hosted in Germany, so data you submit through it is processed there. The UK government recognises the EU as providing an adequate level of data protection.
• Google reCAPTCHA — the contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect against spam and abuse. Google may collect technical information about your device and behaviour for this purpose, under its own privacy policy.
• Email — messages you send me are received and stored by my email provider.

I do not share, sell or disclose personal data to any other third party, unless required to do so by law.

Cookies
